In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged, we guarantee to substitute any item in saleable condition with in 7 (seven) days of receipt at your own cost.

Please note we only substitute item with item, there's no refund or cashback for every returns.

Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact.

Please ensure to keep your invoice with you as your proof of purchase as we will be unable to process your order without it.
